Not doomed just in for a world of waiting because any torrent of early One Piece episodes are going to be over at least 5 years old.  And you have 418 episodes and counting to catch up on.  If you're read the manga that not too bad because it's at least all on one site and doesn't slow down with age like a torrent.

But I have an extra set of early episodes (1-111) that I am going to give to your sis.
You might be able to talk her into letting you borrow them.
