Anime Club Minutes for 9/15/13
Officers Present: Lydia, Sara, Daniel, Adam, Nicole, Angela
Meeting called to order at 3:07 PM
– If Shingeki no Kyojin gets voted in as an ongoing series, show runner-up from voting last week instead (Samurai Champloo)
– Gintama first, then Shingeki no Kyojin or Samurai Champloo
– Grabbags first
– Suggestions should be turned into Angela before Monday morning
– Have all show descriptions in one document with link to voting page
– Password will be sent out in e-mail to club roster
– Most likely need to find a different hall for future parties because Violette is only letting out the central rooms
– Try MG 1000 + nearby rooms
– Club pick vote for Mecha night shows
o Chalk ads for Mecha Night
– Get shows for Halloween Party
– Get quote for possible T-shirts
o Submit designs before the Halloween party
– September 27th, the Oh No! Hour contest will be a baking contest
