Christmas Party: December 7th
– Gift exchange: Preferably 15-25 dollar present
– Please don’t go under 15 dollars
– No food gifts allowed
– Violette Hall 1200 wing
– Reservations for Violette Hall for weekends should be fine
Party Conduct Rules
– Do not touch stuff if it’s not yours without asking
– Do not eat food if you didn’t bring any (there will be a sign on the food table for such things)
– Do not take food that is not on the food table
– If you bring other people, tell them about the rules
Club puts forward a little money for food at parties?
– Pizza
– Let people know ahead of time to get topping orders
– Poll on website
Treasurer gave September’s bank statement
Tell ITS about tech problem with projector in 1200
T Shirt vote will go up when the convention vote is done on Wednesday
