Setup will be one versus one with a full team of 6 under the following restrictions:
Pokémon: Only Pokémon from the 5th generation are allowed
Pokémon Level: All Pokémon below or above level 50 will be set to level 50.
Hold Items: Each Pokémon’s hold item must be unique. The following hold items are prohibited:- Eject Card
- Red Card
- Event Berries
Same Pokémon: You cannot have more than one Pokémon of the same species. This includes alternate forms such as with Wormadam and Rotom.
Special Pokémon: The following Pokémon are not allowed to be used:- Victini
- Zekrom
- Reshiram
- Kyurem
- Anything that hasn’t been released (special event Pokemon, unavailable dream world Pokemon, etc.)
Restricted Moves: The following moves are not permitted:
- Double Team
- Minimize
- Guillotine
- Sheer Cold
- Fissure
- Sky Drop
Wonder Launcher: Legal
Prizes:
1st:- Crown Beast Collection transferred via Relocator
- VGC Shiny Milotic
- VGC Shiny Eevee
2nd:
- Kyle’s Riolu

TCG Tournament Rules
Restricted Card sets: The following card sets are prohibited:
- Base Set
- Jungle
- Fossil
- Team Rocket
- Gym Heroes
- Gym Challenge
- Neo Genesis
- Neo Discovery
- Neo Revelation
- Neo Destiny
- Expedition
- Aquapolis
- Skyridge
Restricted Cards: The following cards are prohibited:
- _______’s Pikachu
- Promotional World Championship Decks
Time Limit: Each round is 25 minutes. If a winner is not declared then the person with the fewest prizes is the winner.
Turn Limit:While there is no set time limit for a player’s turn, intentional stalling during a player’s turn may result in an automatic loss.
Win condition:The player with the most wins out of all of the rounds is the winner. In case of a tie then a tiebreaker game under the same restrictions will be played to determine the tournament winner.
Misc.: Missing a round without prior notification is an automatic loss to that player’s record.March 8, 2012 at 3:33 am #112
JacqueMemberI hope to have them up soon since the night is coming soon. 😀 I need to know which sets are being allowed for the TCG again for deck building.

…but I just decided to make a big blanket of black listed sets. As for the banned cards, championship white-border styled decks are a lazy way to destroy others and the Birthday Pikachu can just cause problems.March 9, 2012 at 4:40 pm #129
