Fundraising to start Monday February 8th (will last through friday) from noon to 4:00
Danny to get heart bags, You need to have at least helped out two hours to be eligible for fundraising. Kelly knows how many hours each person has worked, so there’s no way for you to hide!

T-shirts:
Please fill out the electronic questionnaire sent out by Danny and Will! The cut-off date will be February 19th to complete your order and get your shirts turned in. Price should be around $2.00 but we will let you know the final price as soon as we know (add the price of T-shirt if you are going through Danny).

Posters:
We are thinking to get three better quality posters and then 30 cheaper printer paper ones. Danny will be checking Wal-Mart price for bulk printing. Iz is working on changing the font on the poster before print.

Ban Proposal:
Jess proposes ongoing ban of gurren lagann second season for demi-rape scene

Ongoing:
We plan to get a poll set up once we have enough potential ongoing shows. This should be around February 19th (we will adjust this date if the number of shows on the poll is insufficient)

Truman Nerd Con?
The convention is set for April 16th 2016. We will most likely be helping raise money for the event along with the other clubs. We will be making posters and buttons etc. Other goods are welcome! We will discuss it more as the time draws nearer.
