8:00 – 9:00 PM Engaged to the Unidentified (fanservice)
9:00 – 10:00 PM Black Bullet (violence, feels)
10:00 – 11:00 PM Yozakura Quartet (fanservice, and mild violence)
11:00 – Midnight Molly’s Oh No! Hour

Business Meeting Time:

Naka Meeting:
We will be doing our first fundraising booth February 8-12 (second week in February) in Violet Hall. We need people to bring more food to sell! If transportation is an issue please let us know as we will be willing to work with you to make this happen. We may also be selling hot drinks and/or soup since we have outlets and some of us have crockpots!

T-shirts:
Please fill out the electronic questionnaire sent out by Danny and Will! The cut-off date will be the same as the ongoing show poll. Keep an eye on your emails people!

Posters:
Making 33 posters

Elections:
Spots Needing Filled: President, Mascot, Webmaster, Advertiser
Spots where current officers will be running again: secretary, treasurer
Start nominations for officers this Friday. Voting will be done before the Room lottery held in March because we need the future president to experience the room lottery process.

Ongoing:
last time we set up a poll when we had fifteen shows. about 4 weeks (not including officers pick week), we are going into our second week of club picks, if we want to do ongoing at the same time that would mean we’d start the ongoing shows the friday after Valentine’s Day. This date could be moved back if people keep voting in new/currently airing shows.

Ban Proposal:
Before Erased would be added to a special considerations list, each episode needs to be screened/investigated. Even if doesn’t go on a special list it NEEDS to have a lot of warning.

Show Suggestions:
We will be reminding people at each meeting that they should suggest shows that they have seen, if they have not seen the show to please let us know, it would also be good for the suggesters to let us know if there are any special considerations with the show.

Volume:
We will need to reiterate that people need to not talk during openings and endings of shows and be respectfully quiet during the shows.

Roster:
We will be doing another written roster since we have new people. This will include name, ID, and email address. Long time members will still need to update their information.
