If transportation is an issue please let us know as we will be willing to work with you to make this happen. Watch your emails for an updated spreadsheet to sign up for time slots.

    Nerd Con?:
We have been invited by TGL to be a part of a one day convention-esque event during the second or third week of april. The event will include TGL, CGA, and potentially RPG club. There will be a booth and panel for the groups to spread knowledge about our respective clubs and maybe get some new members! The event has funding from SAB and the CSI is excited about increasing diversity on campus. We are considering to do the booth kind of like the activities fair where we show our nerd gear and possibly selling stuff like buttons! For the panel we think it would be cool to talk about cosplay, conventions in the midwest, sites, and how anime is in Japan. Upon Group vote, it was unanimously decided that we would like to be a part of this event and are asking the TGL for more information about the event.

    Posters:
Danny will print them either at walmart or university printing, price comparison needed

    Meeting adjourned: 12:41 PM
