Finish cataloging the library
Send out e-mail to all current and future members with catalog attached
Get banners from Emily, Jacque
Add constitution, banners to library

– Encourage people to bring plates, silverware, cups, ice, drinks

Club room already reserved for next year
Designate art sales as raising money for cons
Possibility of eliminating membership fees
– Reduce fees?
– Use for buying membership for streaming/download site like crunchyroll?
o Read up on crunchyroll policies
o Circulate account among paying members?
– Expand membership benefits like voting, Oh No! Hour contests to all members
– Use money for more stuff for parties?
Reread and rework constitution

– Get more than just first two episodes of grabbags

– Keep track of money for cons, for other uses
