Room Lottery:
We will get mail this week or next week letting us know if we got the room as requested.
Officer Standings:
Need change of power form for Jade to become Treasurer. Will need to find Uchida-sensei to get his signature on the form. Kelly will need to sign the sheet as well.
Finances:
Check mailbox today. Get money on Tuesday. Kelly will talk to bank about minimum for the club to be in good standing. May need to pay Zach back partially this term and the rest next semester.
Dues:
Would require a change to the constitution. We will tell them during announcements about the need for dues in order to keep the club afloat. The amendment will be made first thing next semester as there is not enough time left this spring. Dues will be $5, see previous meeting for more information on this. Voting on amendments will occur next semester.
