Adjust Meeting Time:
Find a time Jade could meet.
Caleb took down everyone’s availability, waiting on Jade’s schedule. Thinking later in the day on Sunday may work.
Fundraising:
April 20th and 21st (Thursday and Friday, the week after Easter Break/Spring Break)
Megan will send out the spreadsheet for sign-up in an email.
Discussions:
No one showed up to the first one. It will take time for it to become a regular thing for members, especially since it is asking people to show up at a time before they would otherwise. Caleb suggests taking clips from previous episodes to use in discussion during the following meeting.
Financial Situation:
Paying back Blake. Paying back Zach. Getting Molly and Jade on the club account. Molly available after 3 TR, waiting on Jade.
Room Lottery:
Megan sent in the stuff for Room Lottery! Post-president Jackie is helping current president Megan with the process.
End of Year Party:
VH 1400 1404 1408 April 29th (Saturday before the last week of classes)
Two officer picks per person submitted to Zach by the week of the event.
Equivalent Exchange
Pinata: probably gonna do the “Present” pinata, might cover in pictures of hated characters/celebs. Discuss at meeting.
