Show Order – Eyeshield 21, Black Butler, Suisei no Gargantia, .hack//SIGN
Amending the Constitution – members who want to run for office must attend a certain number of meetings
– Have a sign-in sheet for people
– Cut off additions to the roster several weeks before officer voting?
– Add section about conventions
– Hold off on this until we have projector
Meeting next week – Monday at 6 PM, tentative
Activities Fair – still need people from 1:30-2:30
Show Descriptions need to be shorter
Convention – have club vote which one to go to, members who want to go need to fundraise themselves
– Need artsy people for art sale
– Need fundraising ideas
– Separate committee for fundraising – open to all members
Start forum topic for activities members want to do
– Watermelon smashing?
Specialty Nights
– One per month?
– Ongoing specialty night?
– Voting for what kind of specialty night each month?
