Meeting called to order at 6:07 PM
Show order – Blood Lad, Kino’s Journey, Chrono Crusade, Usagi Drop
Halloween Party – Saturday before Halloween (Oct 26th)
– Prizes: Hastings, Amazon
o Official judge panel
o 1st place, mascot’s pick, member’s pick (can’t vote for yourself)
o Contest at 9 PM
o Try for 20-30 bucks, do not go over $50
o Tell members to bring food if they want to eat
o Run budget by president, club
– Shows: Horror – look up list, get suggestions
Watermelon smashing – have near midterms or finals for fundraiser, stress relief
Specialty night – Mech night
– September 28th
– Look up list of possible mech shows, get suggestions from members?
Constitution
– Will revise the constitution after the workshops
Next meeting – Sunday, September 8th, 3PM
T-shirts
– Open T-shirt design submissions this Friday
– Design rules
o No copyrighted images
o School appropriate
– Halloween party as deadline date for artist submissions?
Posters – get big posters though University Printing services?
– Set amount of big posters, budget for this
– Find out what the pricing for this is
