Meeting called to order at 3:05 PM
Show order: Gosick, then Monster
Add violence warning to Blood Lad
Put warning on Monster
Possible warning on Gosick
Revise constitution next week
– Add emotional clause for risk management (mandatory warnings on shows)
– Add convention section
– Show screening may be necessary
– Specify on our intruder policy
o All officers should have DPS’s number in phone in case of emergency
Next week’s meeting at 3 PM (should never change now)
All officers need to be present at next week’s meeting
– Make sure to bring HDMI cable
Make dated forum about food to bring to Halloween party
Do costume contest at 9:00 PM
