Unofficial Meeting October 12th

• Ongoing shows will not be shown
• Massive grab-bag from THE officer and members
• Majority approves of the shows still( keep it club friendly)!

Anime Club goes to Con

• This needs to be brought up in club!
• Present it on the facebook group and newsletter
• Have members email back to get quicker responses

Ongoing Show Event

• Introduce the final show lists to members October 19th to the club and allow 1 week of voting, this is open to all members

Banner Contest for October 19th

• Present contest October 19th to the club, on the website, and on the Facebook group
• Submission deadline is October 26th and voting will take place in club
• Requirements 940px x 198px, no bigger than 50 kb

• Banner winner will have it up on website and Facebook groups

Officer Roles

• President needs access to the Club bank account as a safety net

Halloween Party- October 27th

• Figure out funding and ideas for prizes for the Costume Contest

• Supplies sheet/food needs to be presented on the 19th

• Expect a newsletter

• At least a Wii will be brought

• VH reservations are confirmed

• What is shown is open to anyone

Spring End of the Year party
